My Background

After obtaining a degree in psychology I worked for BBC TV making television programmes about technology and business. I then changed career and joined Mars Confectionery’s human resources team. During the last 15 years I have focused on developing my consulting and coaching skills, while also taking on business building and senior management roles – latterly for Aspen Communications plc. My coaching work evolved from working with executives on communications plans, which frequently led to my helping leaders change the way they behaved.
